They were also a dream to work with -- very communicative and responsive, transparent (their original estimate was remarkably accurate -- any small increase along the way was immediately disclosed, no hidden charges), and very close to the time estimate for project completion (minor delays were beyond their control with permitting, etc.). When there wasn't a full team on a particular day, the owner, S. Scott, and his top people even came and did the hard manual labor (trenching, etc.) to keep the project on track.
